Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily drilling operations on the rig, ensuring safety and efficiency.
Manage the drilling contractor and service companies (MWD, LWD, mud logging, cementing).
Ensure compliance with the drilling program, well plan, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor drilling parameters (WOB, RPM, ROP, mud properties) and optimize performance.
Lead emergency response drills and manage well control situations.
Prepare daily drilling reports and participate in post-well analysis.
Requirements:
Minimum 12 years of experience in drilling operations, with at least 5 years as a Supervisor on deepwater rigs (semi-submersible or drillship).
Strong knowledge of deepwater drilling techniques, HPHT, and subsea equipment.
Valid IWCF certification (Supervisor level).
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Fluent English (Advanced).
Experience with offshore management systems (e.g., SAP, AMOS).
