HSE Manager (EPC / Oil & Gas Construction)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor the Project HSE Plan and associated procedures.

• Ensure compliance with all applicable local and international HSE regulations (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, Russian FZ-116, Rostekhnadzor requirements).

• Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis (RCA) to prevent recurrence.

• Conduct regular HSE audits and inspections on site.

• Manage the permit-to-work (PTW) system.

• Deliver HSE training and promote a positive safety culture among all personnel.

• Prepare HSE reports and statistics for project management and client.
